Located in the heart of downtown Denver, just across from the historic Brown Palace, Savina’s Downtown is where Grandma Savina’s legacy lives on. This location found its new home in 2016. While the name changed to honor the woman behind the recipes, everything else remains the same: her award-winning green chile, hand-rolled mini rellenos, fresh tortillas made before your eyes, original ownership, and some of our longest-serving team members who have welcomed generations of guests through our doors.

This is exactly what Grandma Savina would have wanted. It’s a place that feels like her kitchen, whether you’re joining us for a family dinner, a special celebration, a private business gathering, or a bite before a concert or game.

And yes, that photo by the entrance is Grandma Savina herself, still greeting every guest just as she always did.
